Ever wonder how to get rid of your tongue coating or what that even is?

Tongue coating is a build up of toxins released from inside your body.  Brushing your tongue will only push those toxins back into your body, so don't do that!  To help your body get rid of these toxins, tongue scraping is a great practice - thanks to Ayurvedic medicine.

Copper is naturally anti-microbial and anti-bacterial, plus it provides vital enzymes that promote the survival of good bacteria and other important microbes in your mouth which is why it is the ultimate material.  If you are looking for other materials, silver and stainless steel are other good ones but never purchase a plastic tongue scraper.

This listing is for ONE tongue scraper.

Studies have shown that oral health is linked to cardiovascular health!  So this is an important tool to add to your daily routine!

Directions:  GENTLY massage the top of your tongue with your tongue scraper by gliding it starting from the back of your tongue closer to your throat all the way to the front tip of your tongue.  Your tongue is delicate, so do NOT press hard.  You'll notice the tongue coating on your tongue scraper; use lukewarm water rinse it off each time you scrape.  Scrape 2-3 times first thing in the morning upon waking.  If this doesn't fit into your daily routine, you can scrape your tongue whenever you remember, especially before brushing your teeth.

Copper will darken with age.  You can clean it with a dry cotton ball or pad regularly. When you see some oxidation on the copper, you can use lemon or lime juice to help remove tarnish if you desire.
