Jenny's AM Healthy Beauty Routine

Being a modern woman means my schedule is always jam-packed.  It used to take 1-2 hours to get ready in my teens, and I have absolutely no time for that any more (well, except for super rare, important occasions).  I'm super sensitive to most synthetic chemicals and certain foods and plants like sunflower seed oil, so I have to careful with what I put on my body to avoid further irritation and inflammation.  Fragrances can trigger an asthma attack within 5 minutes.  With R+A products, I feel amazing - literally can't stop touching my face since it's so smooth!  My skin glows all the time now even without any makeup.  All the elixirs and magic potions spark joy and fuel my mind, body, and soul in the least amount of time possible!
