1st Time Client Package

This package is put together for your success as we work together for a minimum of 2 months in achieving your health and wellness goals.  Most clients see many improvements within this timeframe. You will receive:

  1. New Client Session, 60-90 minutes

  2. Report of Findings, 60 minutes

  3. One 1:1 Support Session, 60 minutes

At the New Client Session, we take a deep dive into your main health issues and all aspects of your life to get a clear picture of your physical + emotional state. We spend more time getting a full picture of your health using whole-body analysis, and you will 100% be heard during this very deep conversation. Tongue analysis and questions include your daily routine, habits/tendencies, sleep, digestion - all the fun stuff! We'll get very comfortable with each other.

Report of Findings, scheduled 1-2 weeks after the first session, is where we uncover your personalized plan to achieve your health goals.  You’ll learn the basic Ayurvedic Medicine principles and how they apply to you. Lifestyle, diet, and herbal recommendations are tailored to your needs so you can integrate into your life and restore balance. You’ll also receive a PDF of the report of findings so you can review your body constitution, your current imbalances, root causes, and the first steps you take before the first 1:1 Support Session.

1:1 Support Sessions are where you really start seeing results. Your first Session included in this package will be used to check in on your progress and to provide solutions to keep working towards your health and wellness goals. I will provide you with more education and guidance so you feel supported in your health journey and have the tools to make lasting changes in many aspects of your life. 1:1 Support Sessions is tailored to your specific needs and learning style. Some of the therapies and remedies are listed below, so check out what these Sessions may look like.

I am here to give you all the support you need to achieve your health and wellness goals and pass on knowledge and skills you can use for the rest of your life. Depending on your goals and how much of the recommendations you follow, these are some benefits you may see:

Most clients will schedule each of the 1:1 Support Sessions around 3-4 weeks after the previous session, however for clients with certain symptoms or issues such as ADHD tendencies, high anxiety/stress, complex trauma, IBS will benefit from weekly or biweekly sessions. At the end of the four sessions, I will determine if you need further support and offer an additional plan/package for you if needed.

1:1 Support Sessions

Existing clients will be given personalized strategies and individualized 1:1 support through additional sessions. These sessions may be virtual or in-person depending on what your health and wellness goals are. Recommendations are given to you so you see improvement while not being overwhelmed. You should schedule sessions 3-4 weeks apart to see the best results or choose to see me on a weekly or biweekly basis to receive more guidance and accountability. Plans and packages are available for both virtual sessions or in-person sessions. Distant healing (done virtually) is just as effective as in-person, and I can help you determine which option is best for you.

Alternative Medicine

You are the best advocate for yourself, and I am here to listen. Our holistic approach works on your whole body to get to the root causes of your symptoms and issues and to help bring your mind, body, and spirit back to balance. You’ll be able to understand why certain lifestyle and dietary habits are causing imbalances and showing up as symptoms or illnesses. You will receive different strategies and therapies along with a few lifestyle and dietary recommendations that are tailored for you and your current needs. 1:1 Support Sessions are where you will see the progress made and feel closer to achieving your health goals. Continued education provide you tools, coping skills, and lifetime knowledge of how to maintain health and wellness. We will chat a bit but expect more doing and action!

Life + Health Coaching

Sometimes when you are stuck in life, you need a life and health coach. Why not both? Your personal and professional life impacts your health and vice versa. Don’t face those challenges alone. Have someone in your corner who supports and guides you so you can focus on gaining clarity and building your self-confidence. You will learn to set achievable goals, celebrate victories, build more self-awareness and mindfulness, set daily habits that spark joy, learn healthy coping skills and how to tackle challenges without feeling overwhelmed, and harness your strengths. Sessions will vary, and don’t expect to just talk. We will be actively working on changes in your life that can make huge impacts. Making budget spreadsheets to get finances on track, decluttering your home to have a peace of mind and lower anxiety, finding your life’s purpose and transitioning into the next career - the sky is the limit. Vagus Nerve Stimulation

Otherwise known as the vagal nerves, these are the main nerves in your nervous system and is the longest nerves of your body. In fact, these nerves run around your lungs, heart, liver, kidneys, and digestive tract. Did you know this system affects your digestion, immune system, and heart rate? The vagus nerve is negatively impacted by stress, pain, and fear which can cause physical and mental health issues. I will help provide you tools to stimulate your vagus nerve in a positive way. Benefits may include more calm, less tension, less inflammation, and more. (add on fee may apply)

Plant Medicine

Food is one of the best natural medicines for us. Using the energetics of food, we are able to create specific food lists tailored to your needs to help with your current imbalances. We can also make certain herbal suggestions when appropriate to further your health progress and journey. Many of these herbs are cooking spices that are readily available in grocery stores! Plant medicine can come in the form of cooking spices, herbal teas, tablets, and custom capsules we handcraft just for you. Remember that this isn’t the first choice of remedy - I do not recommend taking a lot of herbs and supplements since it can tax your liver. (add on fee may apply)

Recipes and Cooking Lessons

I will help you make food choices that are more balancing, develop healthier relationships with food, eat with the seasons, eat healthy even with a busy schedule. We start with a list of ingredients/foods so food shopping and planning isn’t a guessing game. If you are struggling to find recipes that you love using ingredients that are more balancing specifically for you, I can put together a few recipes for you. For anyone who is looking for 1:1 cooking lessons or prepared meals, I offer these services at the convenience of your home for in-person sessions. You’ll feel less stressed and overwhelmed around food. (add on fee may apply)

Home Cleanses

Self-guided home cleanses that will help you cleanse and reset your gut with a very gentle detox. I will teach you how to “fast” the Ayurvedic way by eating a mono-diet with digestive cooking spices without ever starving yourself or stressing your body out. Individualized home cleanses are available to meet your specific needs, especially to address any dietary concerns. Keep in mind that this is a cleanse which means that you’ll be more limited in the foods you can have for a few days and may experience detoxing symptoms. You may feel lighter, less stressed, see improved digestion, and feel better overall within a week. (add on fee may apply)

Organic Products

What you put on your skin is just as important as what you eat. In fact, topical products can penetrate your skin and be absorbed into the bloodstream even faster. In a survey, American women put 168 chemicals on their bodies each day. We start seeing symptoms and side effects of these toxins building up in different parts of our body over time, some more quickly than others. The EU and other countries have banned or limited more than 1,600 chemicals from personal care products, versus the 33 chemicals banned by the FDA in the USA. Unfortunately, many companies and their marketing teams know how to “hide” certain ingredients consumers are looking for and market toxic products in a way that makes you “feel good” when making a purchase. Our sister brand, Roses + Azalea, only sources USDA certified organic or Ecocert ingredients when possible, with most formulations at 95-100% organic. These products are formulated and handcrafted by me and my team in Charlotte, NC with a lot of love.
